Materialising TripIt

Firstly, TripIt is a great application. For those that don’t know, it stores all your trip details and activities in a handy place to quickly flick through while you are travelling. It has reminders and auto-import amongst other great features. And to top it off its cross-platform across Desktop, Android, iOS, Blackberry and Windows Phone.

Where it comes unstuck is the UI. It now looks very dated and cluttered. I wanted to apply Material Design to update the UI as a concept. You can see the before and after below:
